1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing Parsily Studio ("Parsily", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Tool Usage and Data Sovereignty

Parsily provides data formatting and conversion utilities that process pasted input and locally selected files in your browser. The optional API fetch feature sends a request from your browser to the endpoint you specify. You are responsible for deciding whether you have permission to use that endpoint and its data.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS-IS)

PARSILY IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service, the mathematical accuracy of JSON/CSV format conversions, or the uptime of the host servers rendering the static web page. You agree that using this tool to format sensitive production environments is done completely at your own risk.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PARSILY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES. Because we have no access, insight, or control over the data you process, you irrevocably agree that Parsily, its founders, affiliates, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This absolute waiver of liability includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, data corruption, hardware failures, API request misfirings, browser crashing, or business interruptions arising out of the use or inability to use our tools.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parsily and its contributors from any legal claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your improper use of the service or violations of third-party IP rights within the data you choose to process.
